RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN

If you are willing to return the product you have purchased from us, then you are advised to make sure of the things mentioned below.

• A product purchased within 30 days of the calendar is eligible for return.
• The item should remain damage-free and in the same condition as when you received it.
• The item should be in its original packaging as delivered by us.
• You need to have the item receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND

Once we have received your product for return, our expert crew will check its state of condition and inform you that we have received your item for return.

• After that, your returned product undergoes a proper inspection by our experts, who inform you regarding the refund status.
• If your product is eligible for a refund, you will receive the amount via the payment method you used while placing the order, like credit or debit cards, UPI payments, net banking, or any other.
• The amount will be credited to the respective customer's account as per their banking issuer's policy terms and regulations.
• In case your return is not eligible for a refund, we sincerely apologize that you will not receive any money back from us.

SHIPPING

Here, we would like to make sure that when a refund is initiated, the shipping charges of the product will be excluded.

It means that you will be responsible for the shipping charges and will receive only the product cost as a refund.
